Returning Members:

 Please log in with the email address associated with your existing user account to complete your purchase. The system will prompt you to enter your password.

New Members:

 Please fill in all fields to create a user account, and then complete your purchase.

Once you complete your purchase a zoom link will be sent to your email. Register for that class so that a reminder can be sent to you before class, or if cancellation is required by Meredith you will receive notice of it. 

You may want to bring: 

• pillows or bolsters
• water
• journal

And wear loose comfortable clothing. We will be on the floor mostly. If you this is not comfortable for you bring a chair with no arms on it and we'll be off and stretching!
